Upgrades and Additional User Licenses
Note on 'Software Maintenance Charge' and 'Updating to latest version':
There is no 'Software Maintenance Charge'. We do not charge for support. Support is provided free of charge via email.
There is no charge for updating to the latest version within a major version number, i.e. from version eV4.10.00 to eV4.13.07. There is a charge to upgrade from a lower major version number to the current major version number i.e. from V3 to V4 but you are offered the upgrade at a reduced price.
All prices are based on the Australian Dollar, however as we are based in England in the United Kingdom, you will be charged the UK Pound Sterling equivalent at the current exchange rate.

Option 1. eVersion Single User Licence.
Software downloaded, no software pack is supplied.
Price for a single user licence is based on $990 Australian Dollars.
Additional user licenses are based on $520 Australian Dollars per user. One authorization software key is issued per user.

Option 2. eVersion Network Floating Licence.
Software downloaded, no software pack is supplied.
The software must be installed on each computer you wish to work from, not on a Server. All computers must be on the same LAN (Local Area Network). An authorization software key is provided for each licence purchased.
A single user licence can be shared across multiple computers on a network in a single location. If a single user licence is purchased it may be used on any workstation in the pool of workstation licenses purchased but only one user at a time. If two, three or more user licenses are purchased, this is the number that can use the software simultaneously. A message will be displayed to say that the software is in use if more users try to use the software than the number of user licenses purchased.
First user licence, the cost is based on $990 Australian Dollars.
Additional user licenses, the cost is based on $520 Australian Dollars per user.
Additional workstations in the pool, the cost based on $100 Australian Dollars per workstation. Please see examples below.
Example 1 for Option 2/
You require one user licence to be shared between 5 PC's. (Only one user at a time.)
First licence based on $990 AUD
A fee of $100 AUD per workstation is charged for each additional workstation. Four additional workstations = $400 AUD.
Total cost for one user licence floating between five PC's would be based on $1390 Australian Dollars.

Example 2 for Option 2/
You require two user licenses to be shared between 5 PC's. (Two users can use the software simultaneously.)
First licence based on $990 AUD
Additional user licence based on $520 AUD
A fee of $100 AUD per workstation is charged for each additional workstation. Three additional workstations = $300 AUD.
Total cost for a two user licence floating between five PC's would be based on $1810 Australian Dollars.

Upgrading from version 3 to version 4 eVersion (download version, no software pack).
Existing licensed users of version 3 can upgrade to a single user V4 eVersion licence (download version, no software pack) for a cost based on $520 Australian Dollars per user.

To purchase a user licence, upgrade from version 3 or add additional users to you V4 licence, carry out the steps below.

How to purchase:
Download the trial version from this website. With the trial version the 'Right Cone' is unrestricted so that you can try out all the features including printing and exporting as a DXF file.

Install the software on the computer you wish to work from. With the network floating licence, install on all the computers you wish to work from, NOT on a network server.

Run Plate 'n' Sheet Professional and select 'File' from the top left-hand corner and then 'Licensing'. Make a note of the unique Computer ID displayed. With the network floating version, do this on all the computers you wish to licence. If possible keep Plate 'n' Sheet minimised until you receive the software key/s

Fill in the order form including the Computer ID/s taken from step 3, checking all the information is correct before submitting.
When we receive your order form we will email you a PayPal invoice. In most cases you do not require a PayPal account, you can pay using most debit/credit cards. Upon receipt of your payment, we will issue the authorization key/s. This key will convert the trial version into a full version on the PC/s where the Computer ID/s match those you included in the order form.
Refund Policy.
Plate 'n' Sheet Software products are provided as evaluation versions for download directly from our web-site. Use these 'try-before-you-buy' versions to ensure that they are compatible with your computer systems and satisfy all of your requirements before purchasing the full version. All sales are final. Once the registration details Authorization Key have been issued they cannot be cancelled. Thus we are unable to offer refunds.
